PROCESS
How we apply every ceramic coating, from prep to cure
Decontamination wash
We start with a thorough two-bucket hand wash and decontamination rinse to strip away road grime, iron fallout, and surface contamination before any correction or coating work begins.
Clay bar treatment
Every panel is clay barred to pull out embedded contaminants that the wash cannot reach. This leaves the paint surface smooth and ready to bond with the coating.
Paint correction
We machine polish the paint to remove swirl marks, light scratches, water spots, and oxidation. A ceramic coating locks in whatever condition the paint is in, so correction before application is critical.
Panel prep and IPA wipe
Each panel is wiped down with isopropyl alcohol to remove any remaining polish oils or residue. This ensures a clean, oil-free surface so the ceramic coating bonds correctly.
Ceramic coating application
The ceramic coating is applied panel by panel in a controlled environment. Each section is leveled carefully to ensure even, consistent coverage across the entire vehicle.
Cure and final inspection
The coating is allowed to cure fully before the vehicle is released. We do a final inspection under lighting to confirm even coverage, no high spots, and a uniform finish throughout.
